All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 

Shipping Times
 

Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 5–10 business days after processing. During periods of high demand, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays, delivery may take up to 14 business days or longer.
 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
 

Shipping Delays
 

While we strive to deliver orders on time, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rubihiwet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@rubihiwet.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
